The most effective

protection

For all your learners, apprentices & staff

Listen to some of our college leaders explain how eSafe makes a real difference not only to their safeguarding arrangements, but also to the promotion of the welfare and wellbeing of their learners and staff.

Giving visibility to risk on even the largest of scales.

Whether they are part of a small student population or the biggest in the country, every learner deserves the best possible safeguarding we can provide for them.

Fortunately, eSafe is able to deliver on both counts, using its TripleLock system to offer you the most effective monitoring service available, no matter how many students you have a duty of care for. The work we do often gives visibility to issues that would otherwise be under the radar, allowing you to quickly identify those who are in need of additional support across a vast spectrum of safeguarding risks, including issues such as forced marriage and grooming.

Protecting you and your students.

With eSafe in place, you can be certain that you’re promoting welfare and wellbeing by utilising the most powerful protection available not only for your students, but for yourself as well.

That’s because eSafe’s TripleLock system gives you the insights you need to develop an effective safeguarding strategy that’s aligned with the expectations of the Inspectorate and statutory requirements such as KCSIE and Prevent. And as a result you can always be confident that your reputation is maintained.

We could never go back to trying to do it ourselves with traditional software monitoring: we simply couldn't review the large volume of incidents that came through as well as eSafe do. Even if I did dedicate a member of staff to reviewing incidents full time, they wouldn't have the expertise in a range of behaviours, or the language skills needed, for picking up markers of threats on IT equipment that's accessed by our multi-lingual student population. I feel a lot more secure with eSafe in place

Helping your college to flourish

As the market leader in monitoring, eSafe also offers you a rigorous framework against which measuring and reporting safeguarding strategies can be assessed. But the benefits don’t end there.

In addition, by giving you visibility of what’s really going on inside your college, eSafe provides an ongoing ‘health check’ that enables you to direct and shape your pastoral agenda according to the specific needs and challenges of your college at any point in time.  This ultimately helps you to maintain your own culture standards and instil British Values.

Focusing support where it's most needed.

A further beneficial feature of the eSafe system is its structured protocol, which ensures that incidents are escalated in real time and on a daily or weekly basis, according to their severity. This means that only genuine incidents are ever reported, enabling you to focus in the right places and on the students and staff who need support.

We create and maintain bespoke threat libraries for individual colleges to help them cope with unique local issues, such as drugs and gang culture, that would otherwise be missed.

Reality Check.
